What's nicer than a happy child?

Is there anything more important than knowing that your children are safe and sound on the child-friendly beach or in the hotel pool, and in a place which is also good for their health?

If kids think of an Italian beach holiday as a fantastic place where they can be themselves, play and make friends, as far as their parents are concerned it's also, and more importantly, a safe and sound place where they can grow stronger; the wonderful clean, bracing sea air full of iodine is essential for healthy growth.

For everything else the Hotel Michelangelo is well-organized and  "well served" for the needs of both kids and Mums:

SWIMMING POOL there are two pools: one which has been especially built for "young swimmers"  40 cm deep so Mum doesn't need to worry, the other is suitable for both adults and children graduating between 100 cm and 160 cm deep; Mums and Dads can also enjoy the whirlpool area.

CUISINE Our Chef offers a special children's menu: vegetable broth, vegetable soups, meat broth and pasta with tomato sauce or olive oil/butter. And for the main dish: tender meat, fillet of sole, cheese or boiled ham. This special children's menu is served 15 minutes earlier than the restaurant opening time so that Mum and Dad can have their meal in peace. Furthermore, a microwave is available in the dining room so that baby food can be rapidly warmed up.  And after your afternoon nap, what better than a tasty afternoon snack around the swimming-pool?

ROOMS  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, sat TV, safe, fridge, hair-dryer, telephone with outside line, balcony and shower unit.  Free-of-charge and upon request: bed safety boards, night lights, baby bath and high chairs in the restaurant.  Baby cots are also available.

MINI CLUB Our children's entertainer will keep your children happy with games and activities during the day and evening. The recreational activities are available for children from 12 months old (with their Mums) up to 14 years of age. The calendar includes group games, water games, beach tournaments, manual activities where kids will learn to be creative using colours,  salt dough, etc.  In the evening all the kids are invited to our baby dance.

PARTY One evening a week is dedicated exclusively to our young guests with puppet shows, jugglers, face painting. Candy floss and "artistic" balloons will be given to each child during the evening but more importantly great fun for all.....

GOOD FUN For lovers of water games the Hotel offers free-of-charge entrance to the nearby Atlantica Water Park every day. An open-air play area is dedicated exclusively to children and there's also plenty of indoor space. The Romagna Riviera is famous for its theme parks and other fun activities: we can get you discounted entrances for some.

HEALTH There is a Chemist located only 150 mt from the Hotel; if necessary a paedriatric doctor can be called to the hotel during working hours (for a fee) and there is an emergency medical service available every day.  There is also an A&E dept at the nearby hospital (800 mt away) available 24 hours a day.
